The mobile application of CJSC “First Microfinance Bank” (FMFB or the Bank hereinafter) - FMFB MOBILE was launched in three languages: Tajik, Russian and English and performs more than 400 types of operations. Customers can download it to their mobile phone from App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/fmfb-mobile/id1641458468) or Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tj.fmfb.mobile&hl=ru&gl=US). The application is free to download.

Customers can use the application at any time (24 hours) to complete their banking transactions in just a few seconds without visiting a branch or business service center (BSC) of the Bank. In the mobile application, customers can manage all their accounts, open new products, make transfers between accounts and contact technical support. The user interface of this application is very friendly.

Payment for purchases using FMFB MOBILE
With FMFB MOBILE, customers can complete payment transactions for purchases very easily. It is very easy and convenient to carry out actions to pay utilities, fees and other government payments through FMFB MOBILE.

In addition, if a customer's bank card is lost, it can be quickly and easily blocked using this application to avoid potential unauthorized manipulations.

The First Microfinance Bank (FMFB or the Bank hereinafter) offers an online, secure and most up-to-date internet banking service for its corporate customers. Corporate customers can sign-up for this service through any FMFB Branch or Business Service Center (BSC).\

With FMFB Internet Banking, the customer can remotely perform the following transactions:
• Replenishment of deposit;
• Loan repayments;
• Currency exchange operations with various currencies;
• Interbank money transfers (an opportunity to transfer funds from one’s own account/ accounts to another account within the Bank);
• Money transfers from one’s own account/accounts to another account opened in another bank (clearing / gross payments);
• Working with card accounts and salary projects;
• Creating template operations (the templates that enable customers to make operations with their money promptly and easily in the future).

Please contact our nearest Branch or BSC to fill in the request form and sign the agreement for connecting to the Internet Banking service of FMFB. The service will be activated for you in two working days upon receiving the request form and signed agreement. You will be charged for the service according to the prevailing tariffs of FMFB.
