We are looking for an experienced Training and Development Manager.
Training & Development Manager will be responsible for playing a leading strategic role in the T&D unit of HR Department by Identifying and assessing the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers to develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs facilitating strategic business plans. Training Manager will actively build the capabilities of employees, placing focus on critical thinking, business fundamentals, and leadership. Moreover, he will be responsible for Training Plan delivery & Administration, TNA & Capability Gaps, Succession Planning, Induction & Orientation Programs, Knowledge Management and Training & Certifications.
Capabilities:
- Master or at least Bachelor’s degree in management and/or any other discipline
- Minimum of five to seven years of experience in the field of training and development
- Certification from talent and training associations is a plus.
- Excellent communications and leadership skills
- A proven track record of training program development and management
- Knowledge of banking functions and products
- Knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in computer
- Good coaching, mentoring and excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, planning, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent Tajik, Russian and English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good team player
- Ability to travel throughout the country
